The Fern Lodge is such a wonderful place to escape the hustle & bustle of everyday life.  From the moment Shadow greeted us we knew we found just the place.  The Forest has a wonderful fireplace, comfy bed & a shower that was amazing!  We loved our stay & look forward to the day that we can return.

Fern Lodge was a perfect place for a getaway to celebrate our 30th Anniversary.  Sharon’s warm hospitality made us feel right at home.  We took advantage of nearly all the ice amenities here, from the movie theater to playing pool and even tried kayaking for the first time!  We especially enjoyed drinking in the beauty of God’s creation that surrounds this place.  The beauty and peace were God-therapy to the soul.  A blessing in every …Read More »

Our 2nd time at the Fern. We had a wonderful couple of days.  We especially enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplace,  Thank you to Wendy.  You are amazing at your job and a lovely person.  Hope to see you again soon.

We’re married!  We had a wonderful wedding here on 2/2 that exceeded all our expectations.  Wendy ha been an amazing host and we have enjoyed the quiet and solitude of this wonderful place.  The food has been amazing and the s’mores were delicious.  :) The hot tub under the stars is a must.  If you’re lucky enough to get snow, that’s an additional bonus.  We’re not getting married again, but we’ll be certain to renew …Read More »
